Payment policy

Payment at Tervera Lounge is UPI or Cash on Delivery – a intentionally short list.

Cards

We do not accept cards. No credit card, debit card or card-on-file payment is taken, and consequently no card details are collected or stored by this store at any point. If a page or a message asks for card details in the name of Tervera Lounge, it did not come from us.

Currency and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed before you finish checkout: ₹49 on orders below ₹999, free from ₹999.

UPI

UPI runs through your own banking app – you approve the payment there and the money moves bank to bank. Your UPI PIN is entered in your app and never reaches this store.

Cash on Delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Some remote PIN codes are not serviceable; checkout tells you if in force to your address.

On tax

A note on tax, because it gets asked. Tervera Lounge is not registered for GST – turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. In practice that means GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a GSTIN can be issued. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed.

An order invoice is included with the parcel. It is not a GST tax invoice.

Pillow sets

Where a listing says set of two or set of four, the price covers all pillows in the set. Single pillows are listed separately.

Failed or duplicate payments

Money out but no order confirmation? Send the UPI reference and the transaction time to [email protected] and we will trace it. A genuine double payment on one order is refunded within 5 business days of us confirming it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.

Part payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout or in full on delivery. There is no part payment, deposit or instalment option on this store.
