What follows governs orders placed here. Tervera Lounge is an online retailer operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Tervera Lounge does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

No warranty is added by this store. If a product page states a warranty, it is that warranty, on its own terms, in force.

Placing an order

Completing checkout places an offer. Our confirmation email is the acceptance. If we then find the item is not available, you hear from us and get a full refund – the Cancellation policy covers the timing.

Product information

Product descriptions are written from the information available for each item. Photographs are representative; screens render colour differently and natural materials vary between batches. Where a specification is not listed, it is because we do not have it confirmed – we would rather leave it out than guess. If you need to know whether an item suits a particular use, write to [email protected] and we can help you compare it with the specifications listed.

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge appears before you complete checkout.

Bedding, not medical devices

Contour, cervical and orthopaedic-style pillows sold here are bedding products. They are not medical devices and we make no therapeutic claim for them.

Use of this website

The words, images and layout here are ours or licensed to us; please do not reuse them commercially. And please do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

These terms do not – and cannot – remove consumer rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded. Subject to that, and where the law permits it, liability on a product-related claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

If a term is unenforceable

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. One clause failing does not void the rest.
